Specifically, our capabilities include die-cutting, computerized knife cutting, splicing, and through long-term strategic partnerships, transfer, compression, and injection molding. We can kiss cut, apply pressure-sensitive adhesives, and slit rolls to custom sizes. Along with contract manufacturing and end-to-end fabrication, we also build kits and assemblies. Materials we work with include general purpose solid and sponge rubbers and performance-oriented elastomers that can tolerate high temperatures, high pressures, aggressive chemicals, and other harsh conditions.

We provide a considerable range of custom rubber products for sealing, insulation, filtration, and noise and vibration control. Some of the many examples include gaskets of all shapes and sizes, weather stripping, vibration isolators, enclosure seals, etc. We also manufacture package cushioning, molded rubber crutch tips, grommets, solid and foam rubber balls, and rubber stoppers for the lab, commercial, medical, food and beverage, and industrial markets.

Our rubber manufacturing services are ISO 9001:2015 registered. We manufacture rubber products to RMA commercial tolerances as standard; tighter tolerances can be obtained upon request.
