We fabricate OEM and specialty products and assemblies using any combination of production methods. Along with low to high volume die cutting and kiss cutting, our capabilities include automated knife cutting and subassembly of precision components. Our laminating process can bond materials with pressure-sensitive adhesives or create composites and our slitters provide flexibility of rolls in various widths and diameters. Using either vulcanization or adhesive systems, we can splice extrusions to form an endless seal, and we also have ultrasonic sealing and cutting capabilities. Our in-house roll recovering operations provide full-service urethane molding and machined sponge rubber profile roll capabilities.

Our selection of materials is extensive. Along with solid and sponge rubber, we fabricate products using woven and nonwoven fabrics, filter materials, technical papers, polyurethane, and many other non-metals.
