As part of our capabilities for producing high-quality sealing and insulating products, RubberMill offers die cutting services. We leverage several different die cutting methods and offer an abundance of material options. As a reliable source for custom OEM parts, we pay detailed attention to quality in every aspect of our die cutting operations to ensure parts are of the highest caliber. We are innovators, problem solvers, and enjoy taking on any die cutting challenge.

Inside each of our two North Carolina plants, we have a lineup of presses suitable for high volume production. These presses produce die cut shapes in sizes measuring up to 76” x 51”, and customers can choose from an enormous range of non-metallic material choices. We also have digital equipment for cutting shapes directly from CAD files, making this technology suitable for prototypes and low volumes. Our capabilities also include kiss cutting, where we supply adhesive-backed parts on a roll, sheet or with a tab for easy integration into automated or manual assembly operations. For die cuts provided on rolls, we can slit them into various widths and diameters.

Our modern die cutting processes are adaptable to an enormous range of materials, including solid rubber and sponge rubber, polyurethane, technical papers, nonwoven materials, and many others. From automotive, acoustical, and thermal insulation to appliance parts, gaskets, washers, pads, and panels, we supply all types of die cut products.

We manufacture a range of die cut products in our two North Carolina facilities, with the security of being able to manufacture most products in either location. Our die cutting services are fast, reliable, and certified to ISO 9001:2015 standards. For more information about our die cutting capabilities or to request a quote, contact us directly.
