At RubberMill, we supply custom molded rubber parts in a timely and cost-effective manner. We manufacture using several different molding methods and work with an extensive range of materials. With our engineering insight into rubber molding, we engage with product development teams to offer design recommendations and guidance on material selection and molding methods. We maintain a large inventory of parts in our North Carolina plant and provide an option of overseas sourcing from trusted suppliers throughout the world that we have worked with for decades.

Using methods such as compression molding, transfer molding, injection molding, and cast molding, we supply high-quality parts in various shapes, sizes, and materials. Along with caps, covers, gaskets, seals, and insulators, some examples of products we offer include seals, stoppers, and molded shapes used in industrial machinery and electronics. Our parts are molded to exact customer specifications and RMA commercial tolerances as standard; tighter tolerances can be obtained upon request. Our robust quality assurance also includes physical and analytical testing to ASTM standards.

We supply custom molded products using rubber compounds in durometers from 30 to 90 Shore A and various chemical resistance properties. Some examples include SBR, Neoprene, nitrile, EPDM, silicone, natural rubber, Viton, and urethane. We also offer the option of custom compounding.

Our molding services are certified to ISO 9001:2015 standards, and our products exhibit a very high caliber of quality. We take products from the prototype stage to low or volume production levels.
