fabricated using adhesive application, laminating, slitting, rotary, kiss, die and CNC knife cutting
processes. We contract manufacture them for prototype and low to high volume productions
as well as blanket orders. Lead times are quoted on job-by-job basis. Suitable for automotive,
gasket, shock absorption, home and commercial furnishings, thermal and acoustical insulation,
specialty applications.
Foam and sponges are made from cross linked polyethylene, sponge rubber, polymeric blend sponge, polyester, polyether, polyethylene, polyurethane, silicone, EPDM, nitrile, PVC and specialty materials. Our 30 years of experience has taught us how different adhesives work well in different situations. Our adhesive materials include single and double sided, film, tissue, mesh and foil supported, acrylic, release liner poly, release liner coated paper and specialty materials.
