At RubberMill, we offer custom insulation products made from solid, fabric inserted, recycled, sponge and cork rubber materials. We are also capable of working with nonwoven, needled, pressed and tufted felt, NVH, scrim, liner, fabric, closed cell sponge, sheet, silicone and poly foam, elastomer and adhesive-backed materials. Our fabrication capabilities include die, die-less CNC, kiss, ultrasonic and waterjet cutting. Slitting, lamination and consolidating services are also available.

Since we are your one-stop shop, we also offer several secondary services such as gluing, kitting, subassembly, returnable dunnage, hot melt permanent and pressure sensitive adhesive application. We are capable of cutting parts with thickness ranging from 0.25 to 4 in. Parts with up to 60 in. length and 80 in. width can be die cut, parts up to 60 in. length, 60 in. width and 2 in. thickness can be die-less cut.

Our services are suitable for acoustical, noise, sound, thermal and furniture insulation, packaging face panels, stuffers, appliances and OEM applications. Prototype to high volume production and blanket orders are supported. Lead times are quoted on job-by-job basis. We meet ISO 9001:2015, WOSB, ASTM, NHTSA-FMVSS, NSF, REACH, RoHS, SAE, UL and military standards.
