At RubberMill, we offer custom as well as OEM contract manufacturing and assembly services. Our manufacturing services include slitting, rubber molding, subassembly, hot melt adhesive assembly, component manufacturing, bagging, kitting, die, die-less CNC, kiss and waterjet cutting. Our team is capable of working with rubber, SBR, polymeric, neoprene, PVC, EPDM, black and red silicone, Viton®, urethane, foam, closed cell sponge, HDPE, PTFE, fabric, specialty paper, meshes, liners and custom formulated materials.
Since we are your one-stop shop, we also offer several secondary services such as lamination, consolidating, belt laminating, hot metal permanent and pressure sensitive adhesive application. Prototype to high volume production and blanket orders are supported. Lead times are quoted on job-by-job basis. We meet ISO 9001:2015, WOSB, ASTM, NHTSA-FMVSS, NSF, REACH, RoHS, SAE, UL and military standards.
