At RubberMill, we offer slitting, die, die-less CNC, kiss, ultrasonic and waterjet cutting services. Our team can work with nonwoven, needled, pressed and tufted felt, NVH, scrim, liner, fabric, closed cell sponge, XLPE, silicone foam, PTFE, HDPE, specialty paper, PVC, solid and recycled rubber materials.

We can cut parts with up to 60 in. length, 80 in. width and up to 4 in. thickness. Since we are your one-stop shop, we also offer several secondary services such as lamination, consolidating, belt laminating, gluing, bagging, kitting, subassembly and returnable dunnage. Prototype to high volume production and blanket orders are supported. Lead times are quoted on job-by-job basis. We meet ISO 9001:2015, WOSB, ASTM, NHTSA-FMVSS, NSF, REACH, RoHS, SAE, UL and military standards.
