At RubberMill, we offer lamination and consolidation services for nonwoven, film, fabric, foam, rubber, sponge, foil, synthetic and natural substrate materials. Our general capabilities include continuous belt laminating and pressure-sensitive adhesive application. We also provide surface enhancement services such as glazing, skinning, eggshell and smoothing.
Our primary capabilities include multi-layer laminations, densification, thickness reduction, web adhesive and thermal bonding, film application, one sided and two sided treatments. We work on products with up to 1,800 mm width and up to 150 mm thickness. Roll and sheet goods are supported utilizing multi-zoned heating, chilled water cooling, dual pressure rolls, cross cutting and integrated laser inspection system.
Since we are your one-stop shop, we also offer several secondary services such as slitting, sheeting, die cutting, bagging, gluing, kitting, subassembly and returnable dunnage. Prototype to high volume production and blanket orders are supported. Lead times are quoted on job-by-job basis. We meet ISO 9001:2015, WOSB, ASTM, NHTSA-FMVSS, NSF, REACH, RoHS, SAE, UL and military standards.
